Server Error in '/' Application -- ERROR

Hi.. I upgrade to CS4 Dreamweaver. Had to delete my configuration file to get it to stop crashing on start up... now when I got into pages in dreamweaver and in browsers.. I get:
Server Error in '/' Application.

The resource cannot be found.

Any ideas? I can not find any setting that would fix this. It might be a concidence on this happening when I had to delete the config file for dreamweaver...
