| I forgot my keychain code and i don't have the setup CD
How can i gain a new password?

You can't. You can create a new administrator user, though, that will allow you to make some modifications to your previous user account: http://theappleblog.com/2008/06/22/r...ut-an-os-x-cd/ Also, just as a side note, I recommend never being without OS X Install CDs/DVDs like I recommend car owners never being without car keys. Procure some quick!
