Macbook Not Loading Properly

I turn my Macbook ON and then the password screen comes on and I type in my password and it shakes and I have the password written on a piece of paper in front of me when I typed in the password. I don't have the OSX installation disc. IS there a shortcut or a way I can change the admin password or to change the password on my computer.

You basically are going to need the OS X install disks at some point in time,
there really is no getting around this.

Did your macbook not come with the install disks?

Well, Theres a way to reset it in Open Firmware, But it seems that Intel mac's no longer have O.F. Now they have EFI, which is similar?? You can use any install disc to boot from, and reset your password, either than that, i have no idea how to pull up EFI on my macbook, so the code i was going to give you, wouldnt do you any good.

Check and make sure you don't have caps lock on. If you are positive you have the right password you can plug in and external keyboard to check and make sure its not your macbook keyboard acting goofy.
