Without a link to the troublesome video, we don't have a clue.
I'm having trouble watching streaming videos. My mac is OS X version 10.4.11. I've tried with the Safari and Firefox browsers and in Quicktime but I can only hear audio, there's no picture just a white screen. The info for the video file: Audio codec- WMA 9.1, Video codec- WMV 9 Advanced Profile. I came across some sites saying that this video codec is supported with Flip4mac so I don't understand what's wrong. I'm running the newest version of Flip4mac. Can anyone give me some advice on what the problem could be?

Same problem here after upgrading to Safari 4.0.2. Video worked perfectly in Safari 3.2.3 I reinstalled flip for Mac and it did not help.
Same answer here: without a link to a video that doesn't work for you, this is going to be like trying to hammer a nail with a putty knife.
"Hey, Mr. Mechanic, my car doesn't work... just off of that little bit on information alone, I would like you to tell me what exactly the problem is with it, and exactly how much it is going to cost to fix it."
Please be detailed and thorough in your explanation of the problem, examples of the problem, steps you've tried to take up until now, and your computer setup.
