Ibook G4 freezing

My Ibook g4 keeps freezing. If I get to log on (sometimes I get the blue screen of death.) I can only go about 10 mins without it freezing. I've tried many things including: starting up in single user mode to delete files, repairing permissions, repairing disk, moving folders, and removing login items. I can't remember all the things I've done. My mac is running version 10.4 tiger.

Please Help!
