Automator - Seashore - Adding White Space

Hey guys,

I have a bunch of image files that I want to add white space on both sides to. So, say it's a 30x30 pixel image, I want to make it 50Wx30H by adding 10 pixes of white space on the left and right sides.

And there are lots of images, so I want to automate it.

I know how to add on the space using the free graphics tool called Seashore.

Has anyone here used Automator? Do you think I would be able to make automator use seashore (or anything else for that matter) to run thru all the images in a folder and add on the white space for me?

Just trying to escape this potentially tedious task!

The only way this would be possible is it seashore has Automator workflows installed with their application. If not, then nothing is possible through the basic Automator.
