Terminal window group and separate commands in Snow Leopard

Hi, I have a Terminal window group successfully created but need to associate a separate command for each window. For example, the first window should "cd x," the second "cd x/src," etc.

Right now all my windows open in the right positions but no commands are executed.

So the end product should be a group of Terminal windows each pointing to a different location.

How can I do this?

With Tiger I was able to create a .term file with ExecutionString command entries for each window's settings, and set that .term file as the default so Terminal opened all my windows when executed, but it doesn't seem to work that way anymore.

I tried setting a shell command in Preferences|Settings but then every window received the same command ("cd x"), so they all pointed to the same location. Instead each window should receive its own command.

Thanks!
