What type of computer is this? You might need to reinstall any software that came with your camera because the os is incompatible.

Image Capture is an Apple program. It seems that it is active/running. Quit the program if possible, or force quit by going to Apple Menu (upper left)-->Force Quit-->Highlight Image Capture-->Click Force Quit.

Best to shut down or restart after this.

Have you tried pushing and holding down the power button?
You might need to hold it down for several seconds.

You can force shutdown: open terminal and type sudo shutdown -h now
at the prompt, then press the return key.

(It will prompt you for an admin level password)
