After upgrading to Snow Leopard Got File

In a company I upgraded 4 Macs to snow leopard, Imacs early 2009 and Mac Pro early 2009, everything is running very well except for the file sharing, when I try to connect to another mac on the network by clicking the computer name in the shared list (SL or Leopard) I got "connecting with the spinning wheel" for up to 2 minutes, before i get the shared items shown even if I click "connect as..." I have to wait 2 to 3 minutes to get the "user and password window" between leopard macs everything is normal, my network is new all cat 6 3com switches and cables, all macs runs under DHCP with no proxy no specific DNS...

    Any suggestion

    Regards

I have a similar issue between my iMac and Mac mini in my home network. When I turned MobileMe's "Back to my Mac" off, it suddenly was quick. I later turned it on again, because I require it sometiems. I guess it'll get solved in 10.6.1...
