Adobe Updater - Error Msg - Can't Overwrite file

Hi-
I have a MacBook Pro with Adobe Acrobat Pro (8.0), but when the updater runs it displays this error message: Cannot overwrite file /Users/.../Documents/Updater5/AdobeUpdater/acrobat8pro ...The file may be locked or you may not have sufficient access rights.

I ran Disk Utility>Repair permissions, but the problem still occurs. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this? Thanks!
