Citrix

I recently made the transition from a PC to Mac. I installed the Citrix online plug-in for Mac and was able to access my hospital's server. Unfortunately, following my initial success I can no longer access the server. I uninstalled and re-installed, but to no avail. From the applications page of my hospital's remote site, nothing happens when I click on the icon of interest, except for a very brief (1 sec) "loading" message.

Please help.

We will help you when you list your Mac & OS X version. Plus possibly link to the software where you download it from.

I recently made the transition from a PC to an iMac24 with Mac OS X. I installed the Citrix online plug-in for Mac and was able to access my hospital's server. From the applications page of my hospital's remote site, nothing happens when I click on the icon of interest, except for a very brief (1 sec) "loading" message. I tried to use "Dazzle," but am unsure which address to type into the requested server bar.

Please help.

Just make sure you are using the same Time Server as the hospital's server you are connecting to.
