I recently made the transition from a PC to Mac. I installed the Citrix online plug-in for Mac and was able to access my hospital's server. Unfortunately, following my initial success I can no longer access the server. I uninstalled and re-installed, but to no avail. From the applications page of my hospital's remote site, nothing happens when I click on the icon of interest, except for a very brief (1 sec) "loading" message. Please help. |

We will help you when you list your Mac & OS X version. Plus possibly link to the software where you download it from.

Just make sure you are using the same Time Server as the hospital's server you are connecting to.
