IChat/not enough bandwidth

IChat was always working very good till 2-3 weeks ago.Suddenly we can't connect and there is an error message saying we do not have sufficient bandwidth.Both prefpane on video are set to:Bandwidth Limits:NONE.
What should we do ? Please help help help.
