| error message trying to update
This error keeps popping up."MAC OS X combined" A NETWORKING ERROR HAS OCCURRED: timed out(-1001) make sure you can connect to the internet and try again. I'm connected to the internet wirelessly. I can't get any update to finish. Any ideas? I'm new to Mac so thank you in advance for all of your help.

It sounds like you are losing your wireless connection. When you get email or just surf web sites, do you get stalls or is it slow?
