Flash Player stops on Mac Firefox

Embedded flash videos only load a small portion of buffer then the video stops when it hits the end of the buffered amount, usually about only 10% of the video stream is downloaded before it stops. No problems on youtube. I have macbook with Snow Leopard and latest Flash 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
