biggtymer is on a distinguished road
i have two displays with the adc connections and my video card has a dvi and an adc connection i looked for an adapter for this monitor and i'm having a hard time finding one. do you know of any place that might have one or do u know of any apple video card with dual adc connections?

I believe there is no card with dual ADC ports. However, you can get a DVI to ADC adapter so that you can have two ADC displays. Here's the adapter, it's not cheap, but it'll do the trick (might be able to get it cheaper on Amazon or eBay).

yea i was ebay checking and i found one i really appreciate your help once again thanks i thought i was gonna have to buy another card cause the tech at the apple store told me i was gonna have to add another card to my machine if i wanted to have two monitors and looking at the type of card i have i knew there would be a conflict......thank god for the forum and guys like you iceman keep up the good work man your makin alot of people like me real happy.

Yep, anytime, that is what we are all here for.
The problem is, with the G5 there really is only one dedicated slot for a video card. So you can actually put two video cards in, but it has to be a PCI card which results in lower performance and there also are no PCI video cards that have an ADC port. The other problem is that with ADC, it requires a whole lot of power from the motherboard, thus meaning that there has to be a specially made motherboard for it.
So it was a really cool idea from Apple having one cord for video, power, and USB, but it just didn't turn out well....
