Print text and photo on 7x10 card stock

Hi,

I'd like to print photos and text simultaneously on 7x10 card stock from iPhoto and can't seem to find any way to do it save for designing the cards on line and then having to order and pay for them (or re-feeding the stock, which I'd like to avoid).

I do not have InDesign or Photoshop at home, and would prefer not to do this personal printing at work.

Is there a way that I can accomplish this?

Im a hardcore Adobe Creative Suite user, so I would just download a trial of CS.. But I know that many of my friends use Picasa for mashing up photos. You can try it, it's free and can be found here: http://picasa.google.com/mac/
