eMAc with Leopard installed keeps rebooting

eMAc with Leopard (Mac OSX 10.5.. I think) installed keeps rebooting upon start up.

I just installed the latest updates, 760 mb ~ system update.

I didn't really watch the screen until I heard the chime that announced that the MAC was booting.

Now it won't stop rebooting... has if It had a BSOD when booting.

And of course... just to help me out... I don't have the system disk.

May have blown caps. Remove the RAM access door and at least check the capacitors that you can see if they are blown or bulging.

Everything seems fine. A bit of dust that is all.

Did you pull the entire cover and check all the caps? The ones you can see through the RAM door opening are only a couple of them out of a dozen or so.
