Question about running the Apple Remote Desktop Client

I ran a software update on an iMac running OS X 10.5.8 today and it downloaded an update to the Apple Remote Desktop client. This machine was upgraded from OS X 10.4.11 to 10.5.8 and the Apple Remote Desktop client was never installed, nor can I find an icon to run it in the Applications or Utilities folders.

If the Apple Remote Desktop Client hasn't been installed, why as the update downloaded?

If the Apple Remote Desktop Client has been installed, why can't I find the icon for it? Or maybe a better question is WHERE can I find the client so I can use it?

    Thanks!

    Peace...

ARD Client is a background application associated with the built-in VNC server and your ability to share your screen over the Internet. Read about the update for more info.
