Hi, I am using remote desktop 2.1 for mac and I see that it does not work the Alt key example I can not get the \ nor the @ or #, they know how I can fix it??

I'm guessing that your language is not English?
What language do you use? Your own keyboard may have those symbols in different places. For example, how do you type the @ symbol?

sorry, my language is Spanish, I get the @ symbol with the alt +2

I know I have seen other posts about the alternate keys to use. I don't know what they are, but perhaps someone who is more familiar with the keyboard differences will respond here. The same issue is at work with your other post about using the bracket keys with the Preview app.
