| some software updates not coming up... Hey there, for the past month or so, many software updates have not appeared in the "Update" panel. I have run it afew times, checked my settings, but I have had to hand-download iTunes 4, Quicktime 6.2, and Safari beta 2. anyone know why these updates are not coming up in my Software update when I run it? |

| Sometimes it can take a while for updates to appear in the Software Update Panel. They, most of the time, do appear in there but probably after you did the update yourself already, so it doesn't bother popping up anymore. Same happened to me so I thought sth was wrong too, but Safari Beta 2 v2 did appear in SU :-) Grtz, .anerki |

| Yeah I had the same problem. For some reason it took a week or two for it to pop-up, I was wondering why the updater didn't make a note of the new upgrades. Eventually it worked, I almost downloaded everything by hand. -Perseus
