converting quickmail address book for Apple Mail

I am using OSX Apple Mail, and but my email host is quickmail. When a new address book is sent out to the whole company anyone using quickmail can automatically update their address book by opening the sent email. How can I convert the QM address book to ldif or something autoimatically within Mail?

I know I can do it by opening quickmail and then exporting the file as ldif then import into apple mail.
