Can not drag files in finder after crash?

Can not drag files in finder after crash?

Hi,
Sometimes my finder crashes and relaunches. After this happens, I usually cant drag files in the finder anymore. Everything else seems normal. I have to login to the system again to get dragging to work. OS 10.2.5.

Any ideas?
