Software Needs

I need two programs to do the following that run under OSX 10.2.6

A mapping program like streets & trips or delorme street atlas

A program to create greeting cards, flyers, wedding invitations, event programs, things like that. I don't need a professional program for this just a normal home-user program

Anyone have any suggestions?
