change RMX files to MP3 for iTunes

Here's my story.

I had some music on a PC that I imported from a CD using RealOne Player for Windows.

I saved those files because I got a new PC so I transferred the files from one to another.

The new PC won't play the files because they're not registered to play with that PC. The old PC is gone so I can't retreive the 'key' I need.

I now have the individual RMX files on my iMac. iTunes won't play them. Neither will RealOne Player for MacOS X.

Anyone have any ideas of how I can get these files to play? (and ultimately burn them back to a CD on either the PC or the iMac)
