Selected System Preferences to Dock?

Is it possible to move the System Preferences I use a lot to the Dock (screen effects, desktop, some of the "other" ones I've purchased).

There must be a way....

thanks

DeltaMac will become famous soon enough
Sure, I keep Software Update in my Dock (Why, I don't know?) Just drag the Pane you like into the Dock (from System/Library/PreferencePanes folder)

Hey, DeltaMac, thanks. I've been wondering how to do that for ages now...really comes in handy for the network stuff...

Now if only we could get the spiffy icons to go along with them in the dock...

Sure, just assign the respective icon to the actual preference pane folders in your System folder. Or to a shortcut (sorry, alias ) that points thereto, because that's what you're really doing.
