Looking for Software: Bookmarks to be read by both Windows and Mac?

I need to find a solution here...

I have a portable flash drive (PNY Ataché) that i carry documents and stuff between my Mac at the office, and my PC at home...

I want to be able to create a folder in my flash drive, and simply drag URLS from my web browsers (Netscape 7.1 on both Win and Mac), AND be read by BOTH my Mac AND Windows...

As it is, only Windows can read bookmarks draged there by Windows (.url)... and only Mac can read bookmarks draged there by the mac (.weblock).

Anyone know of a sulution?

I REALLY don't want to be draggin the bookmarks.html file between the two computers - that is tiring!

Thanks for any info...
