Application Launch Failure! HELP!

About 50% of my applications refuse to launch with the latest build (85). They say for example

Application Launch Failure
The application "word" could not be launched because of a shared library error "-<microsoft word><microsoft word><CarbonLib><>"

Anybody else run into this? And hopefully figure it out?

Not happening here... Try a clean reinstall or an archive & install. After that, _do_ reinstall the applications that don't/didn't behave well.
