losing ical & address book data

[font=Century Gothic] I lost data that has been input into both ical and address book. Was working fine then none of my data was there? Also have had to replace items in the dock, they sometimes dont open

Disk damage, definitely. Back up what you can and run DiskWarrior on your drive.
