Unhappy Safari Rendering Issues

After upgrading to Safari 1.1 (v100) the rendering is not correct. It seems were frames come together there is a space in between. Also, areas of the poage no longer flow in the correct space, upgrading to Panther 10.3.1 did not help. Version 1.0 did not have this problem, I have not seen this issue posted before.

I have a Ti G4 1GHz 512 ram

What is the problem, can I fix it?

Thanks
for any help
