Binding Volume keys to iTunes volume control

Is this possible?

I want to be able to control the volume of my music using the volume keys which are now useless (with the exception of the mute key) because I'm using the optical audio jack on my G5.

strange thing is that if you use the apple pro keyboard (black or white) with a windows machine and iTunes, the volume keys ONLY affect iTunes when you have iTunes in the forground... kinda neat
(they also work in windows for the "master" fader with no drivers kinda neat)

iTunes used to be affected by them for a while under 10.1 or 10.2, i dont remember which, but one of the releases (4.0 maybe..) reverted this action to the system volume..
