Entourage Issue!

Hey all,

I'm using Entourage X to grab email from an Exchange 2000 server. Everything's been fine for quite some time with that. All of a sudden today I get a "connection failure" message and error #:-23012. I check with my beta user, she cannot connect as well and gets error #:-3171.

Anyone experienced this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I encountered a similar situation with Entourage on OS 10.4.7.
I closed out of Entourage, held down the option key and re-openned Entourage. It will ask if you want to rebuild the database; click yes.

If you're not in a hurry, the best thing would be to reboot the system and hold down the option key when booting - until you see the apple screen. Then follow the previous process for restarting Entourage.
