Question iTunes >>NEXT SONG>> hotkey?

I'm doin some heavy work in flash and dreamweaver and I hardly have the time to option-click or click+hold on the itunes icon then scroll down to "Next Song" to make it advance to the next song. Is there a way to create one that will override the ative programs hotkey?, like F8 for example? I understand that the program I'm in may be using this key but maybe one of you hackers knows a workaround.

I use keyboard maestro (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/11870) for this, among other things. Except that I use F11 instead of F8

I use synergy, it's pretty good. It's cmd-f11 on my machine
