    Question My battery gauge is gone!

    Hello every one.
    To keep it short. My battery gauge is gone. I started my laptop last night without plugging in the power supply. It started just fine but the battery gauge is gone. Can any one help me out. Im very new to *nix and Macs. thanks in advance.

    Try opening your /Applications folder and then opening your Dock Extras folder. You might see the battery gauge dockling there. You can just drag it down into the dock and release to put it back.
