Keyboard Shortcuts All my Apple keyboard shortcuts except Cmd+Tab do not work outside of IE. Other applications that have their own shortcuts work just fine.

Switching/Tabbing(?) windows, taking snapshots, and the other Apple defined shortcuts do not work. If the application has shortcuts defined then those shortcuts work. But the Apple ones do not.
Is there someplace that defines the Apple shortcuts?

Go into the System Preferences, then "Keyboard & Mouse." Click on the "Keyboard Shortcuts" tab, and make sure those shortcuts you want to use are checked.

That tab does not exist for 10.2.8

Hmmm... honestly, I do not remember where it was in 10.2. I want to say it was hidden somewhere in some "Language" or "International" utility, but I can't remember...
