Which email app with OS X for Hotmail?

I have a hotmail account. I understand that Apple Mail (in iLife'04) doesn't recognise web-based email.

What other email apps can I use to enable me to run my hotmail offline? (like I used to do with Outlook Express on my old PC)?

You can use entourage, which is included in office, or download the httpmail plugin and read your mail from hotmail in Mail.app...
