Setting default email address in Address Book?

Is it possible to assign a default email address to a contact in Address Book?

At the moment I have a few addresses for several accounts. When I add the contact as a recipient in Mail, I always have to select a different email address. At the moment it would appear as though Mail makes the 'home' address default. Cant his be changed?

Thanks
