    Is there a way to overclock IBOOK G3 500 via software?

    Hi!

    I was thinking...can I overclock my IBOOK G3 500 12" DUAL USB via software? I know that there is a program called ICOOK...will it work? Will anything else work? Tnx...

    I remember there was. I think it increased the fsb to 100mhz instead of 66mhz. So, the G3 500 was supposed to be like a G3 600. However, the speed bump was neither measurable nor sensible. In short: it's not worth.
    Max out your ram. This will surely be the best tuning you can do.

    But as I said,ICOOK is made for 750FX cpu,G3 500 is 750cx CPU.I really think that they are not similar and ICOOK will not work on 750cx.What to do?
