    black outline or highlight around active object

    there is a black outline or highlight around the last active object on any window. if i am on the desktop there is a black outline around the last object i used, or if i am in an application there is a black outline around that last button i clicked or pane i clicked in.. how do i remove this? i was playing with print screen earlier and pressed a lot of buttons. there is a possibility its a hotkey but i can't figure out which... any suggestions?

    Looks like you've accidently turned on VoiceOver, a new accessibility feature in Tiger. (This can be confusing, especially if your sound is down/off.) To turn it back off, just hit Apple + F5 or click off under VoiceOver in the Universal Access tab of System Preferences.
