 failed image burn I'm trying to burn an image (from .dmg file) using Disk Copy. I do the test burn first, which takes a long time on my LaCie U&I drive (only USB on my old iMac). Test burn succeeds. Then I try to do the actual burn, it starts, says it's writing the track, then within a minute it says it's finishing writing, and hangs there for ever. I try to cancel it, and it hangs. Then I have to kill the power to the drive, which does no good to the drive, I'm sure. I've successfully used this drive in OS 9.x, but I've never succeeded in doing a burn in X. Oh, and FireWire burning on my PC works great. Any clues? homer  |
