Question command line CD Burn on Quicksilver with Superdrive

Anybody know how I can accomplish this?

I'm hoping to be able to automate a CD Bakup via cron, but I don't know what command line options let me burn.

I saw a mention of applescript somewhere, and I saw some refs to other *nix CLI burn programs, can anyone point me in the right direction?
