Tiger + Adobe Creative Suite?

Hi
I'm a graphic designer needing to reinstall my machine and i've got Tiger right here besides me, I'm just wondering whether it's stable enough yet to install as far as Creative Suit, font-handling etc goes. Should I make the switch, i very much want to. Thankful for any advice.
