| several ftp questions when any user ftp's into my computer using thier account, they are automatically started in their home directory. For general access I want my ftp server to mpoint to a specific folder on my hard drive that contains the files I want them to see. The thing is that I don't want them to be able to search around once they have entered as an anonymous user. Basically I don't know how to limit the extent to which any user can navigate my directory system. I don't want JOE to be able to download from MY home directory, just the anonymous one. Thanks in advance for all your help. I'm sorry if any of that is incoherent, i got 4 hours of sleep.   |
