Angry

I've a b&w G3 and an U2930 U-SCSI card installed with one drive connected. Although I could format and install mac OS X beta on the SCSI-drive it doesn't boot into...got only a grey screen. Apple suggests in its installation manual to connect a terminator or an additional device...unfortunately these suggested remedies don't work for my machine :-(

Any suggestions out there ?!?
