OS 10.4 to Win2k Printing?

I am trying to setup my Powerbook to print through my win2k computer over my network, but I'm having some problems.

My mac sees the printer and can "print" to it. But when I do print, the first page has about 2 lines of strange text on it, then it spits out quite a few blank pages, then puts out probably 1 or two more full pages of odd text that makes no sence. Has anyone had a problem like this before? Do I need some special drivers for my Mac or PC?

I have a Powerbook G4 and the PC is running Win2k Pro with SP4. The Printer is an HP LaserJet 6p hooked up through serial. It prints fine from the PC directly too. Any and all help is appreciated : ).

Thanks,
Scott

Try the HP Laserjet 6 series, Gimp-Print driver.
I'm pretty sure you chose the postscript driver and what you saw was postscript. But this isn't a postscript printer.
