Difficulty Connection Platinum Net Zero ...

to my Mac os x 10.3.7. It gets me up to net zero page. But a message says i'm having difficulty connectiong to the net. It says I have restricted access. I cannot browse. I can do everything else in Netzero (check mail etc). I talk to their rep. They say it may be a browser problem concerning Safari. I was told to make the internet explorer my default brownser. But I'm still limited in browsing. It was working a few days ago , then one morning I got up and it was like this. I have another pc which I'm now using. The netzero works fine. I was told to dc it and then use the Mac os x 10.3.7. and it would then perform ok. It's frustrating. I don't know if I'm clear enough in my explanation but please help. Thanks James Weaver
