Invisible folders in Classic applications

Hi,

All my classic applications (Simpletext, for example,) cannot see in open dialog all folders from Share folder on Win2000 Server. Only some of them.
Macos 9.2.2 on OSX 10.3.9..

But,
when I boot from MacOS9 everything OK - all folders are visible in open dialog.
when I boot from OSX everything OK - all folders are visible in Finder.
when I slightly change name of invisible folder to, for example, "name_of_visible_folder2" it becomes visible in open dialog.

What the reason of this strange invisibility.

I am not sure what you mean. - Are some of the folders in the Share not showing up to others? Are they grayed out or just not there? It could be a permissions on it that does not allow others to see it, but you can because you are the owner.

With permissions everything OK. Some of folders are absent, they are not grayed for me and for others. Even more, if I add one or more letters to theirs name (from OSX or on Windows Server), they may become visible depending on letters (and vice versa- visible may become invisible). If I create folder with name "WORK" (from OSX) it may be visible in classic application but folder with name "aWORK" may be invisible. Also I can get into this folders via aliases created from OSX i.e. I cannot see folder in classic application open dialog but I can open in this dialog alias to this invisible folder from desktop of OSX.
