| Missing Pref Pane for External Modem
I just bought an external modem because I'm moving and got rid of the cable modem for now. I went ahead and installed the Apple USB modem and hooked it all up but when I go to System Prefences > Network there is no option for an external modem. I've checked System Profile and it's there on the USB port but there is no way to set it up and per my ISP instructions that needs to be done so their software and set up the connection for me. What can I do? I'm running 10.3.9 but I only have access to the 10.2.x disks (just in case someone says I need them). Can someone please help? Thanks |
