Windows Bonjour IM software ??

Does anyone know of any Windows IM software that works with bonjour, so I can use iChat on a Mac-PC network?

Looks close to what I'm after – maybe after a few updates. After reading some of the posts on the web site its seems that file transfer doesn't work as it is this that I',m primarily after as I work in an agency that mixes macs and windows and have our email which travels outside and back in again. So being able to send certain files via iChat type file transfer over the LAN would be perfect.
