Unhappy Servers disappear after I restart Macintosh

Servers disappear after I restart – Everytime I restart my computer, I need to connect to the servers again (5 Hard drives from my PC that are connected to my Macintosh though a wireless network). I don’t know if you understood what I just said… for instance… I am in my Mac, I connect to the 5 servers, I can access them and I can see them in my desktop. Perfect! Now… here is my problem… when I need to restart my computer… I always need to connect to the servers again, because they disappear from my Desktop.

My question is: Is there a way to make my servers stay connected all the time when I turn my computer on, or a way to make them connect automatically when I turn my computer on?

I am running an iMac 20", 2Ghz Intel Core Duo, 512MB DDR2 SDRAM, 128MB ATi Radeon X1600, and my operation system is Mac OS X 10.4.7 (Tiger)

Thanks for oyur help in advance,
Gab

What you can do is once you have the Mac connected to the 5 shares, add the 5 shares to the Login Items tab for your account. This is located in the Accounts pane in System Preferences. This way they'll automatically reconnect to those 5 shares (provided you give them your username and password).

You could also drag them to the right side of the divider on the Dock so all you have to do is click on them and authenticate.
