Wireless WPA2 with LDAP Auth

I'm a Mac noob but I've been tasked with figuring out the following. I need to setup a wireless network with security preferrably WPA2 with pre-shared key on my OSX clients. The problem is we have LDAP authentiction with Mac Manager to download profiles. The only way we can get things to work is to open the wireless network with no static WEP and broadcast SSID. I can also use mac address filtering but this is a nightmare for 1000+ clients.

Is there any 3rd party app or a way I can set up network profiles per client basis. The problem is if I setup a new wireless network with WPA2 + PSK and save it, it will work. But the next time someone else logs in or I log in it is gone.

thanks!
